All Multiflex customers are encouraged
to take out a support contract with us. This provides unlimited
telephone & e-mail support, configuration changes wherever required and
all program upgrades for the term of the contract (normally 1 year).
Secure access to your system for support purposes is gained via
the internet using your existing dial-up or broadband connection.
Maintaining a hardware maintenance contract with a
suitably certified local hardware support provider is a prerequisite to
our extending software support. This includes maintaining a suitable
data backup policy, internet firewall, anti-virus strategy and an adequate
level of staff
training.
